Hi, I’m Shamar Carter, founder of Victoriam Innovations.
I’m a certified life coach, but more importantly, I’m someone who had to build myself from the ground up. I went from a life that felt like it had no hope to becoming a head chef and leader in the food industry. Earning trust, managing pressure, and developing the discipline it takes to perform when it counts.
